We understand your travel plans may change unexpectedly, and we want to make this process seamless for you. If you made your reservation on our website for a stay before 30 April 2020, you can reschedule your visit for a later time in 2020 for free. For new bookings made through 31 August 2020, we apply flexible booking conditions. Please email us and we will take care of everything.
If you made your booking via a third-party website, please check their cancellation policy.
For stays after 31 August 2020, our standard cancellation policy applies: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the start of your reservation, we unfortunately have to charge you the amount of 1 night of your stay. If you forget to cancel your booking and don’t show up for your reservation, we will charge you 1 night of your stay. Some rates may have other cancellation conditions—you’ll see them in the policy of the rate when you book and you can also find in the first section of your booking confirmation.

All public areas are fully air-conditioned, and guest rooms and suites have individually controlled air conditioning units.
Park Hotel Den Haag offers in-house parking for hotel guests. Spaces are limited and parking must be requested before arrival. Parking is available 24 hours a day. Overnight car parking is €27.50. Aside from our private parking facilities, guests can also park in QPark Torengarage located 100 metres from the hotel. We sell reduced tickets at the front desk.
If you are celebrating something special, you can arrange to have a bottle of champagne in your room before your arrival by contacting the front desk ahead of time.

All reservations that include children can only be made upon request. All parties that include children 3 – 12 years old can only be booked in an Executive Room. A baby cot, available upon request only, will be put in the room free of charge for children ages 0 – 3 years old. Parties that include children ages 6 –12 pay 50% of breakfast, which means €10.75 is to be paid upon departure. A third person can be accommodated with a rollaway bed. All reservations including a third person can only be made upon request. Different room type and rate will apply.

Please note that the security deposit is €50 per night. Payment of the deposit needs to be made upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages were made. If the booking is guaranteed by credit card, the deposit will be automatically taken as an authorization 3 days prior to arrival.
